I tracked my mood at mealtimes for a month, and because of this app I was able to gain awareness about what puts me in a positive mood—overwhelmingly, I saw that when I feel like there is enough time for everything, or extra time, I am calm.
Ive made positive changes to create relaxed, non rushed days, and it helps a lot. For example, today I got up and swam at the gym, came home and ate breakfast and went back for a yoga class—and didnt feel rushed at any point because I timed how long it takes to walk to the gym bc of using this app.
